Our experience

We have supported large multinational retail businesses to expand and build their know-how in Poland, Hungary, Czech and Slovak Republics, Turkey, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and USA.

In the UK we have held senior positions in some of the largest and most respected retail companies in the Grocery sector. We have also held board positions in sector leading retail businesses in Russia, Central Europe and USA steering new ventures through successful start-up and helping drive established businesses through their turnaround and development phase.

On the supply side we have a proven track record of success working with leading blue-chip manufacturers in the food and non-food markets helping develop their markets and bring new and innovative products to the shelf.

We bring customer focus to what we do whether it is in category and range development, private label and brand development, space management and merchandising, store layout and design, supply chain and store operations, or sales and marketing.

We are committed to building stronger working relationships within and across multifunctional teams, as well as externally between companies, ensuring alignment between ideas, ways of working, individuals, teams, and companies.
